Life Skills Dinner Dance 2018

Last week Life Skills students and families danced the night away with our favorite songs. We enjoyed a wonderful taco bar and cake for dessert.

Sun Valley Mall Summer Field trip

Our first summer field trip for 2018 was shopping and eating at the Sun Valley Mall.

My favorite thing about the Sun Valley Mall field trip was:

Alicia - I really, really, really liked hanging out with Monique at the mall
Monique - I liked shopping with Alicia at Claire's
Danielle - I liked hanging out with Nicole at the candy store
David O. - taking Link to the mall and watching people go by and we saw Jillian too

Darlene's Farewell Party

     Last week, we had to say good-bye to our dear friend, Darlene. She moved to Redding to live closer to her sister and brother-in-law.

    

This is what we will miss about Darlene:

Courtney - she plays jokes on me and we laugh together

Alexis - TED talks, laughing out loud from A to Z, and learning about Ed Roberts

Alicia - she was always silly and made us laugh

Juliana - being in Tablets class and playing Kahoot

Rachele - being with her in Travel Training class

Amy - her great sense of humor and laugh

Kat - Darlene's independence by riding her scooter home from bowling instead of taking the bus
